Details: Add Guest Names to Digital Image File
Notes: Your personalised digital image files can also be personalised to each guest. You can then send each guest their own personalised digital image file to your event.
HOW IT WORKS
1. Choose the digital image design you prefer.
2. Add a quantity of 1 to your cart. If you would like your digital image file personalised to each guest, add this item to your cart and enter the quantity of guest names files required.
3. Make the payment.
4. Add notes/message to seller.
(Include your names, the day, month and year. If there is not enough room or you forget to add your details in the 'notes/message to seller' field, we will send you a text and/or email message requesting the information.
5. When checking out, please make sure you include the correct mobile telephone number and email address. These details are used to collect information and communicate with you.
6. Upon receipt of all the information required, your design choice will be personalised and a digital image will be sent to you by text/mms and by email for you to share with your guests.
ADDING GUEST NAMES
There may not be enough room to add guest names in the 'notes/message to seller' field when checking out. Upon receipt of your order, we will send you a request for the guest names.
SHARING WITH YOUR GUESTS
Option 1 - Save the digital image file directly to your device and share or upload via your preferred application (i.e: Facebook, Messenger, Instagram or Website).
Option 2 - Forward Text/MMS - Use the 'forward' function to send your digital image via text/mms to your guests either one recipient at a time or by adding multiple recipients.
Option 3 - Forward Email Attachment - Use the 'forward' function to send your digital image as an attachment to your guests, either one recipient at a time or by adding multiple recipients. For your guests privacy you may want to use the 'Bcc' field if you are sending your digital file to multiple recipients at once. Don't forget to delete our message from the bottom of your email before sending.
